Food is great. Awesome burgers with just the right amount of char. Juicy inside. The sauce onions were a wonderful bonus. Milk shakes are from fresh ice cream you can choose from the display case. Many flavors of French fries Price was extremely reasonable. Great value for your money. Service was fast and pleasant. Will be going back often

So I just have to tell everyone that when you visit Fort Cavazos, formally known as Fort Hood, then you must get into Copperas Cove to eat at the famous burger joint around, Black Meg 43. They have an original sauce that is renovating and phenomenal. The people are always helpful and the atmosphere in the restaurant is spectacular for Texas families.
It's a good old fashioned burger joint and does not disappoint. Burgers are on point and the tater tots are fried perfection. My go to when craving a burger in Cove
Really good burger and fries! Feels homemade and fresh. Patty had a little too much salt but overall so good. Reminded me of burgers my dad cooked up on the grill for Fourth of July
The burgers here are fire and they are huge! Fries are my favorite and it's always low key so great for a quiet dinner if you don't want to cook!
Great Burgers and fries. Very nice staff and atmosphere. The prices are fair. And if you up for a food challenge they have one that will put you to the test. You can see it on Beard v food in YouTube. I recommend and I now not very glamorous. But the cheese Burger is great.
